Delete your Tether account

Tether: Voice Journal & Diary, by MKR Apps

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Tether and tap the account icon at the top of Today.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete my account and data.

Without the app

Email tethermobileapp.support@proton.me from the Google account you use for Tether, with the subject "Delete my Tether account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Delete some of your data, keep your account

Open any entry (tap it on Today), tap Delete and confirm. The entry, its voice recording, and everything Tether built only from it (threads, to-dos and amounts) are deleted from our servers and your phone. Threads that other entries still mention stay, without the deleted entry.

What is deleted with your account

Your account and everything in it: entries, voice recordings, threads, to-dos, reminders, summaries and questions. Nothing is kept afterwards, except that AI providers may hold request data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deleting it.
